Stacy Lyn Harris Co-Hosts The Sporting Chef TV Show

How much fun! I had such an awesome time co-hosting the Sporting Chef TV Show. I am usually a part of the show, but actually got to take part in the entire show for this weeks episode. I had a crazy great time making pizza with Scott Leysath. We had a fantastic time in the kitchen.

    I left ground deer venison by John,s (an Amish processor) on the counter overnight. is the meat still good?

      Louise, if it was frozen when you left it there and is still quite cold, possibly with the middle still frozen it is probably o.k. If it had not been frozen and freshly processed, then I would not eat it. I know that is frustrating, but better not to get sick. Hope that helped.
